The directors of the Society meet four times a year to review requests for grants. Requests come in from all parts of Canada, but chiefly from the more remote areas because that's where the need is greatest.
After approval of the requests, we would appreciate receiving photos of the Church, ceremony, resources provided or other interesting pictures for use by the Society in its Newsletter, website and mailings.
Requests are made on the Society's Application Form usually accompanied by a letter outlining the need and circumstances of the parish or group. Before being forwarded to the Society, the Application Form is signed by the Diocesan Bishop or Bishop's representative.
